ScriptGuard - Pre-Publish Monetization Risk Check for Creators

By accessing or using ScriptGuard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Description of Service

ScriptGuard provides automated script analysis for video content creators. The Service scans text content for potential compliance issues with platform guidelines (including YouTube and TikTok), identifies AI-generated language patterns, and provides optimization suggestions. The Service is provided as-is and is intended as a supplementary tool, not a guarantee of compliance.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service and for any content you publish based on the Service's analysis. ScriptGuard provides guidance, but final compliance decisions rest with you. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that infringes on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership of the scripts and content you submit to ScriptGuard. We do not claim any ownership over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and analysis algorithms, is the intellectual property of ScriptGuard and is protected by applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScriptGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will catch all compliance issues or that your content will not be flagged by platforms. In no event shall ScriptGuard be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, content removal, or channel penalties.

6. Subscription & Billing

Free accounts are limited to 3 script checks per day. Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data.
